Misleading product information about hi sense cellphone

I want to complain about how Exact Protea Glen has misled me into purchasing a cellphone which on display they claimed that the hisense phone has a 13 megapixel camera . I bought this phone yesterday around 5pm. After setting up the phone at home I realized that the phone actually has a 5 megapixel camera instead of the 13 megapixel on the store display.

I went back this morning to Exact store in order to return the phone. I Spoke with a Store representative who said what is displayed on the store is provided by head office they cannot assist me with me being misled by what the store displayed and I can't replace the phone as it was explained when I purchased the phone. My complaint is based on I was misled into purchasing a phone which is of inferior quality compared to what is advertised by the store. I have taken pictures of the misleading information and I will exercise my rights as a consumer that has to be protected and respected
