Misleading information and Disappointing service!!!

I went online on the 15th of May 2023 under sportscene to purchase new balance sneakers and it took me to bash online and notice that it falls under TFG, I purchased sneakers which were on sale and my size was available at time of purchase, completed the order/paid, I received an order number and email stating that my order was being processed! Yesterday I received an email stating that they are sorry the product I order is no longer available and could not find stock that was suitable for SALE!! Why the HECK would have an item up for sale online and when the customer has completed that purchase and paid you let them know that it is no longer available!! First of all you wasted my time, Gave me the worse experience, Provided a misleading information - prices and advertising and now I have to wait 10 days before getting my money back to do another purchase!! I am disappointed!
