Misleading customers

Misleading customers... I placed an order online, item was available I made payment n order was being processed.. To my amazement 3 days after my order I get an email confirming there's no stock.. Y allow a customer to purchase when there is no stock.. Tfg is misleading customers. I sebr an email n still awaiting response from they pathetic customer service.. I want answers n I want the item I purchased online as it went through and it showed there was stock available.. I want proof as to where in the transaction there was no stock.
