Misleading advertising / bad product

I bought a bag that was advertised online at Galaxy and Co as "A MINI structured bag" When it arrived the bag was BIG and DEFINITELY NOT structured. It was floppy!!! I tried to return this bag but was told I could not as it had come with the cheapest pair of earrings imaginable. Now I would never have worn these earrings nor did I try them on or open the packet that they were in. So now I cant return a R479 bag because of a pair of a cheap cheap pair of earrings that probably cost R10 from a Temu store.

Explain to me why someone who thought that a combination of a bag and earrings was a good idea!!!!!! Could someone please sort this out at Head Office. Its ridiculous to combine these 2 items. Especially as the product was advertised incorrectly.
