My experience with TFG has been deeply unsatisfactory, and it has raised real concerns about how the company conducts its business. They did not honour the agreement made when I opened my account. After signing, they added extra fees that were never mentioned, never explained, and never approved. This kind of unexpected billing creates a serious problem with trust.

Their customer support made the situation worse. When I asked for clarity or help, I was ignored. Messages went unanswered, and no one took responsibility for resolving the issue. A company that avoids customer questions and fails to communicate properly cannot be re**** on.

For these reasons, I cannot recommend TFG. Unexpected charges and unhelpful support show a lack of transparency and professionalism. Anyone looking for dependable, honest service should strongly consider other options.
