Markham's Account in Areas
I have an areas payment on my credit record for R42, thanks to your 'benefits' which you bill for every 3 / 6 month period on my card that has a zero balance on. Firstly this payment cycle throws a person off guard and no attempt was made via email or phone to make me aware of the outstanding payment and no post was received, yet I receive daily marking emails. Please remove it from my credit record. I've submitted a CC payment so it should reflect. Also please close my account as I don't want it anymore.
