MARKHAM THE GLEN MALL

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service I witnessed at the Markham store located at The Glen Mall. The store manager barged into the Pick n Pay store and started shouting at one of the staff members. The security had to intervene and ask her to leave. As a customer, it was embarrassing and unprofessional.

- The store manager was rude and aggressive towards the Pick n Pay staff member. - She didn't seem to care about the other customers in the store. - The security had to step in to resolve the situation.

Markham needs to work on their customer service skills, especially for their management staff, that was really embarrassing and disappointing!
