Markham settled account

My names are Kayenga Kyungu ID number *** and my Markham account number ***. Contact number ***

From May 2018 I lost my job and all my account did fall behind for non payments. My Markham account were ended over to MDC debt management.

On 18 May 2021 manage to settle my account with MDC debt management and settlement account paid up letter were issued and emailed to me

On 1 June 2021 contacted DMC management telephonicaly and query with them why my name still listed under credit bureau with open and active unpaid Markham account, I was told to address the issue with TFG directly as they already removed and updated my listing account with credit bureau and current available one was listed with TFG.

On the same date contacted Experian with Markham account dispute form from ClearScore and was told the same I should address the issue with TFG directly.

On the 5 June 2021, I contacted Foschini store in mall of Africa address the issue, I was advised to email screenshort from ClearScore showing my Markham account still active with DMC paid up settled account letter which were attached and emailed from Foschini store to their customers service center and advise to allow until end of June by no later than 5 July should be updated to my surprise up to date my name still listed on credit bureau with an active Markham account

On the 14 October 2021 contacted complaints department on the number *** after being transferred from department to department it was a very rude and unprofessional experience even received from different agents, but some how one great agent listened to my complaint and advised to contact their recovery department on *** and address the issues they will be able to assist, tried and called the provided recovery department number since still unavailable.

On the 18 October 2021 received feedback email from complaints department advised they cannot removed the listing at credit bureau database, but I should contacted the collection agency MDC.

Early June 2021 already contacted the collection agency MDC for the same regard, I was directed to contact TFG, now TFG referred me back to MDC, I'm confused and helpless my name still listed under credit bureau affecting my credit score even though the full payment done.

Kindly assist on the issue all I'm asking is my name to be updated and Markham account to be removed on unpaid active account on credit bureau as it is affecting my credit score.
