Markham insurance claim taking years to be approved

I have claimed for my cellphone insurance, two weeks have gone by without any feedback, until I call them, only to find out that nothing has been done to date, I had to borrow someone's phone for the time being, THIS IS SO UNFAIR,TWO WEEKS FOR A CELLPHONE INSURANCE TO BE APPROVED? I cannot take this anymore...
