Markham account
I had an account with Markham which was then handed over to DMC due to non payment as I was unemployed. So I now payed off the account on the 21st of June 2019 but to this day they haven't updated my profile and I'm still listed as a slow payer... Even when the NCR states the account should be updated in Seven days after recipient of payment. What a terrible experience I had with them...

Please note that the balances are frozen as at the time the debt is SOLD and no payments or transactions (including store payment) can affect this balance.
We are rightfully retaining record of the account in the state it was as at the time it was ceded / sold and is no longer the property of TFG.
We cannot clear the account balance or remove the account from the database. This however does not affect the Bureau records as the responsibility to update the client’s credit record after settlement lies with the collection agency.
Please contact the Collection agency to request an urgent bureau update of your payment profile.
