I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with a recurring issue regarding my account payments made through your shop. On multiple occasions, a magazine has been included in my statement without my consent or request. This unauthorized addition has resulted in an additional charge of R66, which I believe is unjustified.

I am concerned that this may be a systemic issue with your staff's handling of customer accounts. As a consumer, I believe it is my right to be informed and provide explicit consent for any charges or inclusions. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take necessary steps to rectify the issue.
