**** about free gift

I ordered Elizabeth Arden products on the 2nd of August 2020. Two parcels were delivered but the free gift that comes with the purchase was never delivered. When I enquired about it I was told that the Fedex truck carrying the free gift was involved in an accident so I won't be receiving the free gift. I had made that specific purchase in order to receive the free gift and I am really disappointed with the service and the lack of honesty.
