I purchased online from Foschini. My money was taken and order was then cancelled. Upon querying numerous times TFG did not pay back my money. I then put this company on hellopeter. After a few weeks I received an email stating g that my complaint that was put on hellopeter was resolved and the case is now closed. The company did not refund my money and did nothing to rectify their mistake. They basically stole my money, did not give me my items and now claim they have which is a complete LIE. They run a company by robbing people. This is a ****. Don not purchase online from this company. Happened to me on 2 occasions. Bought online from Markham and Focshini.
