Layby ****

I made a laybe at Total sports Balfour park for two size 7 shoes that were on sale on the 28 September 2022 Today on the 10/12/2023 I went to the store to pay for the layby and get the shoes. To my surprise my shoes were replaced with size 5 shoes and the sizes I had laybyed are not available in store. I am told to return on a different day which is more cost to me.

The reason I got from the store is that my shoes were sold. I thought once a laybe is made, the items are packaged and kept safe. All of this I am told once I have paid and awaiting to receive the shoes.

I feel ****** and ****med by TFG because they sold something to me that was not there and now I have to do a back and forth with the store to get my shoes.

I have learned my lesson and TFG is no longer the brand it used to be.
