Laybuy

Hi Peter I made a laybuy at Ar-chieve in Rustenburg mall in June 2024, in July I went back to want my refund they told me that they are busy updating the system I must come back after 3 days, after that 3 days I went back, they told me same story every week, until Tuesday on the 17th of September they told me that their manager was not there to do the refund and there is no one who can help me. I must leave my contact details, mind you I gave them my contacts from day 1 when they said their system is being updated, the staff had an attitude towards me they were not professional at all ,since well I was asking them if the manager is not there they suppose to have someone to stand in for the manager , They haven't called me till to date for my refund. And I want my money.
