lay by balance owing on layby items that have all been collected.

I have had lay bys with TFG, and i have received all the goods that i had put down a lay by for. Can any one tell me why i have an outstanding balance on my account when i have collected all my goods from all the TFG stores that i dealt with?

I have been having this problem for over 4 months now, where none of the sales people and the customer services people are able to assist. Can anyone explain when I failed to pay for my lay by items, ever?! what i recall is having been overcharged with an amount of R77, a mistake that was made by a very Rude Tebogo from Sportscene Randburg square who still refuses to acknowledge his mistake; I couldn't get my layby from Foschini out since i was owed instead. Please tell me where the R154.00 comes from? how is it that i owe you now? Does TFG now charge interest on layby accounts?

Tebogo from The Scene called, without a solution still. i have been to the Foschini and The Scene stores at randburg square more than 5 times. Tebogo would give me an attitude, the Foschini staff would call the Customer Services department trying to assist, to date nobody is able to explain where the r154.00 comes from. Tebogo just told me over the phone that it is from the interest charges...
So TFG puts charges on layby accounts?

On that note, I have never paid any of my laybys late. Where do the interest charges come from?

please get somebody else to call me with some concrete evidence indicating why i owe the R154.00. your Tebogo continues to be rude and he isn't willing to solve my problem, TFG you need to hire staff that's has the ability to treat your customers with respect. im not going to deal with that imbecile again.
the next person that calls me best call with a list of the items that i bought, how much they cost and the amount that i have paid to your stores. i will not be dealing with Tebogo since he doesn't even know what he is talking about. how is it my fault that your staff cannot operate those systems your put on your counters.
CALL ME BACK WITH THE LIST OF ITEMS THAT I HAVE BOUGHT FROM YOU, HOW MUCH THEY COST AND THE AMOUNT THAT I HAVE PAID TO YOU!
