Cellphone Claims I have been fitting with TFG insurance for more than two weeks to get my phone fix. Every time I speak to them, they have an excuse way they cannot fix my phone. If they cannot find my contract, then they cannot find the IMEI number on the system. I have explained to them that I got the phone from them I even gave them the slip but still they cannot find the cell phone on their system. I have been paying my insurance every month but still you get told that every time we cannot find you on our system but just skip one month insurance payment then they can find you on their system. It is now three weeks later and still no answer from them about the repair on my cell phone.
