Lack of communication and service delivery
Ordered from your BASH platform. I regret this because for a simple order, I will be waiting 8days. Your website says 3-5 days…no one called or emailed me…I had to call and locate my order. IF THIS ORDER EVER ARRIVE…IT WILL BE MY LAST ORDER. I will be sticking to SUPERBALIST.
Customer service needs some serious work. Navigating your website is a struggle. Thanks but no thanks.
I now had to go buy an extra birthday present for my son due to your lack of service delivery and sticking to your promises.
