I bought online but their *********** staff cancelled my order which i paid for by account and by EFT. Now they do not want to rfund my filppin money. I spoke to Heather lastweek friday 14/08/2020 who said the monies are normally paid back after 10 working days of the transaction 29/07/2020. when i called it was already the 11th day. then i was told to send a bank statement showing my account and my ID of which i did. today I got another email to send bank statement again sowing the amount i paid, which they are very much aware of . This is *** on a very high level, i want my money back I gave them what they requested now they must just ***ken pay my money
