Just terrible.

The WORST customer support i have ever experienced. For about a year now, i have been asking for statements as i get phoned every month by their debt collection dept. To this day, i have not received a single statement. Upon calling "customer care" (whatever that may mean) i just get transferred over and over untill i eventually get cut off. I then proceeded to cal our local branch in George who gave me some info and great advcice. Needless to say my outstanding balance was R775. 50 and I immediately paid R776. 00 as i wish to close the account. Now i get told that they cannot close the account as there will be R0. 50c credit. This is rediculous! I will NEVER support any of the shops on the TFG group. Good riddance to bad service.
