Jet wynberg Cape Town main road worst ever

TFG group might as well close down, your customer service now a days drag your whole company name through the mud!! Literally I hate shopping at any of your stores lately I wouldn’t dare go back all. I was at your jet store today in Wynberg in Cape Town in the main road and wow the level of customer service a person receives is horrible, I honestly don’t know where or how you guys train your staff. Do they think that because of the area they don’t have to give customer service? Like I don’t know what you guys think it’s okay to have a store running with that level of service is pathetic. There is always only one cashier at till, and whoever is one is always so slow working customers in the line waits for almost a half an hour just to pay that is ridiculous. I asked cashier is there no one else to help you because a person can not stand for 15min in a queue and there is literally only three customers in a queue, another girl light of completion was busy tagging bags she saw us customers standing there but decided to not give one thought and just go on with her bags the cashier that I asked is there no one to help asked her if she is busy, this lady very rudely put the bags aside and starting helping I’m not sure if it was the manager or what that came to stand by her and this lady decided to have a nerve and tell that man that I am going on about the queue and he asked who is this now and I could hear them very clearly and I said it’s me, I’m the one , and I said you can’t have customers standing here to more than 15mins in a queue and you going on with whatever you help the customer first and continue when you are done with that customer this lady decided to shout from her till that the till she is that is for cell phone purchase now I would love to know who is buying cell phones all day the way customer are buying little clothing items? She shouted from that till as if she is in her mothers yard? Are you serious, I raised my voice and said HELLO you help your customer first and you don’t speak like that because you dealing with a customer! In the store that guy again not sure if it was the manager or what just stood there and said absolutely nothing, what the hell customer service is that ? Might as well close your door for good because I don’t want to ever be in business with a company like that.
