Jet Southgate worst customer service

We bought stuff on the 16th of December 2025. I tried returning a jeans that we bought for my daughter for a full refund, as she didn't like the jeans & took something else. The cashier & store manager is insisting that they can only refund the money (R350) to the card used as payment method. The only problem we have, as I explained to them, is that, the person that paid for the goods have gone back home (To Zeerust in the North West, while we live in Johannesburg). We therefore don't have her card. We already refunded her out of our pockets. I tried giving them my bank card (Tymebank), but they refused to help me
