Jet East Rand Mall We went to the above Jet Store on 25/2/2021 - I asked them what do I owe them - They told me R270.42 which I paid and asked them to close the account - They told me they must phone their HO which we did in the store - the account was not closed as I received a new statement dated 11/3/2021 R50.43 (some charges) - I went back to the Store and asked them to close the account - again HO was phoned I spoke to Chanelle who promised to close the account - Ref number *** - the account was once again not closed - I send several e-mails and was lucky to receive a reply from Customer Care stating that the cancellation is in progress - nothing happened - I again send e-mails and Tebogo Gwangwa rep**** on 18/6/2021 stating account will be cancelled and refunded - Nothing happened - I receive regular SMS's and a telephone call every weekday - I keep on explaining the account has been closed - in July 2021 R32.95 was reversed which left a balance of R132.83. Jet must reverse all debits and close the account and provide me with a letter stating that the account is finally closed I HAVE RECEIVED VERY POOR SERVICE FROM THEM
