I've heard enough about TFG

I bought 2 pairs of shoes on 27th November I had no update at all from Tfg, I wrote on hello Peter then they sent email saying they will look into it but they did nothing and it's not the first time I got the damn reference number they won't do anything I just need help or they should say it and cancel everything because I'll end up sick, I just called for 10 minutes to ask about the shoes and one answered, TFG we are not calling with water, that airtime is money and it's annoying how easy is your online shopping but poor service.
