It's a ****. No parcel delivered.

Wish I have read the complaints about bash before I ordered. Now it is very clear that this is how they do business. I ordered online paid and wait. They have a policy of 3 to 5 days delivery. After day 4 and no movement on the tracking I sent them a mail. LAUREN was quick to answer. Saying 3 to 5 days. Then I informed her that it is now day 4 and no movement on the tracking, she will inquire. Waited a bit more. Then got a email that I didn't collect my parcel and my order is now canceled. I mailed Lauren again, I did not cancel anything and still wait on delivery. She then said sorry the truck was hijacked and and refund in 10 working days. I am disappointed. Almost a month they have my money. They do this to get funds. Hold your money and collect on the intrested earned. After reading of the complaints it is not just me that this has happened to.
