Item not delivered
It's the se second time I buy from them online and I think they should just stop selling online because they don't deliver. I bought something on the 5th of January hoping to have it by the 9th for my daughter's birthday but still today when I track it is still at some warehouse. The last time I bought from you I had to go to the courier myself to collect my parcel. They kept telling lies as to why they did not deliver. You should really get professional company to do your deliveries because the ones you are using don't care about customers.
