ITC clearerance gosh its nightmare

I have been waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting for my name to cleared on ITC till today nothing has been done and my TFG account is still not closed since march its now almost end of April wat must one do for a name to be cleared and account to be closed get it in ur heads I want nothing to do with TFG I regret taking an account with u and I am advicing anyone who is considering do not take an account with this company its useless to make arrangemts with them how long must one wait to get her name cleared on ITC I'm really tired of this company clear my name clear my name
