ITC clearance

So today I was contact by someone from piennar by the name asanda rambau who is unable to give me a straight answer wether my name is cleared on ITC or not then on the other hand TFG tanza coetzee is giving me a run around telling me I'm owing I really don't understand Wats happening as and a then told me that it takes 21 working days for my name to be cleared on ITC from the day the letter was send which excludes weekends according to the calculations I made 21 working days has elapsed and my name is not cleared TFG and piennar are pathetic *********** they don't know wat they doing can someone clear my name on ITC I can't apply for anything now bcs of them
