It was not resolved yet they keep closing my query with it NOT being resolved, these people at TFG are absolutely *********** at their job - they cant even comprehend what I am asking them!! Absolutely appalling service! This is the second time I am requesting my statement and monthly statements to be sent to me so I can pay the due amount via eft , with their bank details !
