INTERROGATED BY A CALL CENTRE STAFF MEMBER

I keep on getting harassed by call centre operators wanting to sell me things I do not want. I just had a call again where I politely asked to be removed from their phoning list and I was told I can call customer services or go into a store!

I was then confronted by a very arrogant gent that tells me I need to listen to what he's got to say before I say not interested. Why do I say I am not interested if I do not even know what he wants to tell me? The statement is one thing. The arrogance in how it was said is another.
