INSURANCE ******* TFG / FOSCHINI / FINRITE!!!

TFG / FINRITE & THE FOSCHINI GROUP have NO clue what customer service / customer care and downrite ethical business means!!! My wife has been trying to have an insurance claim processed since 31/05/2018 and still has had no joy!! She then tried to cancel the insurance due to the lack thereof and the **** poor service but they could not even get that right either and are still deducting her account every month!! She has been back and forth to the store and with calls trying to get this resolved with no Joy!! I then called this ******* to try and asssit my wife in having her issue resolved but refuse to even listen to me if she does not approve me to do so!!! MY WIFE is BEYOND furious with your group and does not want to deal with you people!!!! You guys are a bunch of unethichal ******* whom just dont give a **** about the client but will take your money regardless monthend!!!
