Insurance it's a ***** they don't assist

I have made a claim 2 weeks ago I'm been sent from pillar to post one email to the other. I insured my jewelery with them they taking money each month but it's not helping when it's time to make a claim. Very unprofessional o feedback only auto reply it's weeks now no help.
