Insurance claim that cannot be resolved

It's been almost two months where I have submitted a claim through TFG store which I wanted to claim on my insurance I have been up and down getting document's for them and all they want is just more and more documents even the police captain told me your insurance company is bad for letting you as the policy holder run up and down for things they need to get I'm getting sick of this insurance if I don't contact them won't bother calling me to let me know as to what going on. I feel so disappointed in TFG which I have been dealing with for many years.
