INSURANCE CLAIM FOR CELL PHONE

On the 22nd of January i have submitted a claim for my Cell Phone i was told it takes 48-72 to be processed i called on Friday to check how far is the claim i was advised it's still in with administration team, then Monday i made a follow-up I was told there is backlog but it will be done, yesterday i made a follow-up again I was told is with the admin team it will be done by close of business it wasn't done. Today i call to check what happening with the claim the guy by the Name of Nhlakanipho who i have been taking to him every day is telling me i they haven't received my claim i need to go back to the store again. I don't think i have time for all this games i need my claim to be processed today or TFG must refund me all my insurance premiums i paid to them, MY OTHER NUMBER ***
