Insurance claim complain

I have insured two cellphones with TFG since 2021. I have reported to them that they are not debiting the premium every month. They were promising to debit in the following month. I have logged a complaint and received a CS saying the matter has been resolved. I have went to Hi-Store many times but the problem has still not been solved till to date. On the 4th of April 2024 I reported one of the phones being ******. The matter has not been resolved. They have been taking me from pillar to post. Please help.
