Insurance claim
Claimed with their insurance on a lost phone a month ago. Submitted all the required documents and to this day no1 has vontacted me concerning the matter. When i go to the shop to follow they telling me that thr claim is being processed. This is truly uncalled for as ive never missed a payment yet im being given the run about for a claim.
