Incorrect person payment requests
I'm extremely upset and concerned with the calls I have been receiving from the collection department of Sportscene or the outsourced company who does payment arrangements who requests that Melissa Maggott needs to make a payment arrangement. I am not Melissa and I do not know how my details are linked to hers as we are 2 different people. This is a breach in contract and needs to be resolved. My name is Kirstie and i too have an account with you guys which is paid every month and has not been handed over. I'm frustrated and this needs to be resolved now
