Incorrect Billing

On the 28th February I went to Foschini in Zevenwacht mall to buy a dress and some accessories. When signing the slip, I didn't notice the amount on the slip instead the salesperson put the slip in the bag. This morning, I noticed that I bought stuff for the amount of R2214.15. I called head office and Torique told me that he cannot see what I bought on that day but should rather go to the Zevenwacht branch to sort it out. I asked the lady to print the slip for 28th February and I noticed that the dress that cost R99 was ring 20 times more, which cost me R1980 more. This is totally unacceptable. If I didn't notice this mistake, I would have paid for something I didn't have. I work in Stellenbosch and have to drive through to Zevenwacht Mall to sort out a mistake that your staff made. Your service is utterly bad.
