Inconsistency No Customer Service No Customer Value
So in June I went to one of ur stores and filled in a Secondary application form till today there's bern no contact or respond from your Head office I've even personally emailed you as requested from you(TFG) to email you the form and Id's it's now August still no feedback absolutely nothing from your customer Services. Please may we have a Secondary Card and respond to our email not the Automated one as in you people give us Customer Service .
