Incompotent assistance

I called Foschini Group this morning to network unlock my phone. They transferred my call between them for almost 30 minutes without a resolution. It is really very bad when employees does not know the operations of their employer to be able to assist clients. I learnt a very hard lesson with FCG and their network locked fones.
