I recently app**** for an account at Foschini and I received an sms that said my card is ready for collection at the store but when I got there the lady told me my account is pre-approved and my card is not ready.. what upset me is that I literally had to drive there only to be turned away. It's such an inconvenience especially now that petrol is also expensive.
