Incompetency Award
4th complaint on Hello Peter, no resolution. Still am unable to purchase online using my account. Received emails from Rehana Parker with links which I can't access, I responded as such. Nothing from Tfg. I asked Gary loggenberg to escalate to his boss. No response. I am actually speechless at the servere lack of customer service and that these people that respond on Hello Peter with their copy and paste one liners, does no follow up and does not respond to the replys that they send either. Ridiculous
