IN HOSPITAL AND GET THREATENED

I must say that in my decade of having accounts, I have never been addressed in such a manner by any company as I have by TFG. I was in Australia for almost a month, came back with Australian Dollars that I need to convert still and explained to the gentleman that I would pay my account as soon as possible. I missed one payment due date. Then my first week back at work, I landed up in hospital with a pulmonary embolism and bronchitis. I will send proof if need be. In that time, I arranged with my mother, who is in a wheelchair, to pay R600 into the account (short R235). The rest will be paid with February's installment. Today, I get the rudest account saying that I was helped so much by your company (as if I should be grateful), for heavens sake, are you people not human, life happens. I'm not running away. The way you carry on as if I have not paid you for months. Never again will I deal with your company once my account is paid off. You guys are like sharks.
