As on the 4 February 2015, I discovered that 2 unauthorised transactions carried out on my TGF account on the 17 and 18 January respectively for a value greater than R 4000. I was not notified of any transactions make either electronically or telephonically, and only discovered these purchases when i went in store to make a payment to my account.<br> I am greatly disgruntled about the manner in which the situation is being handled by the TGF group as the store and head office employees keep misinforming me on the correct procedure to rectify the situation. The service provide at the stores and by the head office is terrible as no one in the TGF group can assist me or give feedback as to how the situation will proceed. I have sent a police affidavit and the required documentation to the forensics department of the TGF group with much difficulty but have recieved no any response. I am utterly disappointed as they expect me to pay the installments for the unauthorised transactions carried out on my account and the only information i got from the store was that the issue will take 6 to 8 weeks to sort out.
