I will never buy from THE FOSCHINI GROUP AGAIN

I ordered sneakers online on 17/06. Waited for days until I called, and was told One of the items was cancelled. I had to send a statement to get my refund. On 27/06 I decided to buy at totalsport in jhb. After shopping for an hour I was told they are offline, and I have to draw cash. Later that day I ordered online. Now my items are cancelled. Looks like I have to send the ****** statement again. I will never buy from THE FOSCHINI GROUP AGAIN...
