I want my sim card restored

I cancelled my one2one contract last week Thursday and they told me it would take 24-48hrs for my simcard to go back to prepaid.The whole weekend I sat with no phone and I couldn't phase be or receive any calls.I just came back from your Totalsport store and they still have not converted my sim card.Nothing was done since Thursday.Now they just told me I would have to wait another 24-48 hrs again with no phone working at all.I really don't think that is fair.I want it fixed as in now because I don't have another number where I can b contacted and I need this number for work purposes. It really upsets me how unprofessional your people are really.
