I don't have an account but I get calls at least every month that owe them!

<p>In 2014 my ID was cloned and my account was re-opened and used by someone. I received a statement and I took this up with TFG with an affidavit and my new ID and the issue was resolved. I never used this account since the first time I closed it. I don't even know if my account was left open after that or what happened but now I'm apparently in arrears with TFG and I am getting calls from their collectors, telling me that legal action will be taken against me. Yet another company that just takes up whatever they are given without investigating. I have called the customer care, been told I would get a call back and I'm still waiting. This is such a never ending nightmare!!!</p>
