I closed my account last month but now I'm receiving an SMS saying I have a balance at tfg, with an instalment to pay

On the 15th of February 2020 I went to a nearest Foschini store to close my account, and they called their headquarters in Cape Town. I then talked to them and let them know that I wanna close my account, and everything went fine and they said they will send me an SMS once it's closed, but yesterday (24 March 2020), I received an SMS saying "my tfg balance is R48 and I need to payan instalment of R33". I don't understand how I still receive such SMSes when I told them to close my account. I really need to understand this.
