I bought an iPhone 13 Pre-owned and I lost on the 17th December , then had to go to the Foschini store to report the phone, then they gave me a reference number so that when tfg connect call I give them the reference number, so tfg connect told me the phone was long reported for ***** on the 7th July and it was blacklisted which I know nothing of hence it's a Pre-owned, so they told me the claim of the lost phone is being declined,
