I bought a phone in 2020 in Standerton foschini .they subscribe me to cellphone insurance without my knowledge. In 2023 they took off the subscription and resubscribe me again without my knowledge. I only found out about it when I miss payment in January 2025. I called them and ask about the subscription. I was told that I took the cellphone in the store, About the cancelation and renewal happened over the phone. I asked them the proof,they send me the signed document of which I think it was copied when I buy a phone. And they failed to send the recordings of a telephone subscription.
